You can make your plate however you like, with sandwiches or platters with your choice of sliced or chopped brisket, pulled pork, or a half chicken and sides. Smoque BBQ also does ribs – baby back or St. Louis style – by the full or half slab.

And because all good barbecue tastes better the next day, Smoque BBQ has meat by the pound, and large family-style sides to stock your fridge. If you simply can’t decide, go with your favorite, and then "add a taste" of Texas sausage or another meat for just a few bucks more. You probably won’t have room for peach cobbler or pecan bread pudding, but you can always take those to go as well.
