Calling all meat lovers! Baconfest Chicago is back yet again for another year, and it's bringing with it some of the most decadent dishes, skilled chefs and tastiest libations in the city. This two-day festival celebrates all things bacon, and you can choose between three different sessions to experience all that it has to offer.
Baconfest Chicago runs from Friday, April 5 to Saturday, April 6, with a dinner session Friday from 7 to 10 p.m., a lunch session Saturday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and another dinner session Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m. Your admission price gets you access to bacon-filled dishes from some of the city's top chefs, including chefs from restaurants like Le Bouchon, Fig & Olive, Velvet Taco, Kaiser Tiger and dozens more. There will also be fine cocktails, beer and wine from the festival's liquor sponsors. At the end of the night, a panel of judges will determine the best bacon dishes and dishes out Golden Rasher awards to the participating chefs.
